Requested Resolution from Mmwood2011:
I have an outstanding payment from 12/2 from Agent-cy. Jasmine Sandler requested more time to pay because she was still waiting on payment from a client. She ended the job last week because she could not afford to pay me anymore (she asked me to finish the week ending 12/16 but I declined because the 2 previous invoices had not been paid after she promised to pay). I have sent emails, payment reminders via Elance, and left voicemails but have not received a response. I have proof of all work/projects completed, and emails from Jasmine requesting more time to pay and stating she would pay me within 5 business days. Thank you for your help.
Response to Dispute Details:
The job that I hired her for, which I clearly stated, was for her to help me by giving me an organizational system for managing my calendar, managing my e-mail, managing my projects and streamlining all of it, was not done. I paid her weekly and am out a lot of money for a job not completed. I have all proofs of our discussions, including our preliminary Skype conversation where I stated my exact needs and follow-up e-mails. Further, I asked her to take on further responsibilities and asked her if she could tackle them (some social media coordinating work) and she happily added hours and then never did the work. I asked her daily for updates and never got any of that work done, but paid extra hours. When I discussed the option of going on pause so that I could assess her work, because I knew I was paying for not what I had asked, she replied by yelling at me and accusing me on the phone. The last invoice here is not due until 12/22 and she has repeatedly harassed me and my employees directly. As far as the 5 days, I paid her for work she had done as promised. I am disputing against her the other 2 invoices for not doing what she was hired to do and further for acting in an unprofessional manner.
